Potential buyers grow 6.5%: Salitre Plaza

Also, It should be noted that the vacancy rate is currently 3%, the equivalent of only 634 square meters available, considering that there are 234 commercial spaces, 50 islands in occupied common areas, in addition to 51 brands present since its opening.

Other indicators are related to access to Salitre Plaza, given its strategic location. 76% of visitors enter on foot, the remaining 24% in vehicles with a capacity of 1,200 parking spaces.

37% of visitors enter between 12:00 and 15:00, while 33% do so between 4 and 8 p.m. On average, 70% of visitors spend 4 hours in the shopping center and to a greater extent they are concentrated between 12:00 and 18:00.
